Bombay mix, also known as chiwda, chevdo, bhuso (if made without potato), chevda (चिवडा) or chivdo (चिवडो) in India, or Chanāchura (Odia: ଚନାଚୁର) in Odisha and chanachur (চানাচু) in Uttar Pradesh. The English name comes from Mumbai (previously Bombay), India. It is made up of a variety of spicy dried ingredients, including fried lentils, peanuts, chickpea flour noodles, maize, vegetable oil, chickpeas, flaked rice, crispy onions, and green curry leaves.
