Description
Rice flour papads, also called Khichiya or Chawal ke Papad, are a popular Indian snack made from rice flour. They are normally thin and crispy, and can be sprinkled with cumin and chili flakes. To make them, a dough is mixed with rice flour, water, and seasonings, then spread thinly and dried in the sun or beneath a fan.
